I'm referring to the scrollbars, and this affects ANY application: file browsers, explorer windows, web browsers, anywhere. A quick search with Google, however, only leads to off topic or non pertinent discussions, or simply unanswered questions.įrom what I grasped, this is the "intended, default behaviour" for Windows scrollbars but I wonder whether perhaps any method/trick/patch/hidden setting do exist to change it ? It's something which annoys me since a long time but I never had enough time and motivation for a search. Hi, sorry I had to post this in Windows 7 section because it does not seems to exist a generic Windows section, however I must suddently specify that this is an issue with EVERY Windows versions, since XP AFAIK but perhaps even earlier.
